How to Use?

1. Standard backswing: backswing to the top with weight on the right foot.

2. Downswing: the center of gravity of the downswing is shifted to the left foot.

3. Striking position: 70% of the center of gravity is on the left foot.

4. Finish: The center of gravity is on the left foot.
